“Buying and selling a home can be one of the most exciting life events. But it can also be one of the most stressful. I do everything I can to not only alleviate the tension, but to also make it fun. I believe that two of the most important aspects of being a REALTOR are trust and communication and I stay in constant contact with my clients, the other agent, lenders, title company and everyone else involved in the success of a transaction. I am very detail oriented (some call it OCD) but it is an important quality when you are juggling deadlines, legal documents and clients’ emotions. I never forget that I am working with one of my clients’ largest assets and that they are looking to me for advice as the expert. One of the biggest things I think some agents forget is that this is our client’s home. This is their retreat, where they connect with family, relax after a long day and spend most of their free time. So whether buying or selling – it is an emotional decision. 

I also believe it is extremely important to continue growing my knowledge of the industry that I am working in, so I am vigilant about staying up to date on the latest marketing tools, home-selling techniques, market trends and all things real estate.
